Abstract : We present a novel coalition formation mechanism where coalition robustness and stability cannot be computed ahead of task execution. We deal with the context in which the tasks evolve over time, agent availability varies and stability during collaborative task execution is required. Our method combines alliances and recommendations in order to form stable coalition despite the dynamics of the tasks and the instability of the agents. We study our mechanism theoretically and then evaluate analytically and experimentally.
