A Multi-objective Model for Home Service Assignment and Routing Problem

Résumé

The assignment and routing problem in Home Service structures is a very complex task, as the provider has to deal with multiple constraints and conflicting objectives. In this paper, we are interesting in the real case problem faced by a Home Service structure in Bourgoin Jallieu, France. Furthermore, we propose a multi-objective model based on a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming. The aim is to minimize the total working time of the staff, to ensure the continuity of care and to balance workload of the staff. Additionally, time windows, qualifications and working time requirements have to be considered. Computational experiments are conducted on a set of instances based on real-life data.
