REMIND : une méthode pour comprendre la micro-dynamique de l’expérience des visiteurs de musées

Abstract : The studies of museum visitors have been developing since the 1980’s, but few of them focus on the dynamics of the visitor experience. We propose REMIND (Reviviscence, Experience, Emotions, Sense Making micro Dynamics), a method of qualitative studies to understand the dynamics of the experience of someone visiting a museum. The experience is seen here as sensemaking and emotional process. This method could be used in fields where sensemaking and emotions play an important role in decision making, such as health and safety.
