The EUROPAN 6 session's theme is "In between cities"; and it is interesting to consider two possible, related, senses this expression can have. The first sense is morphological and geographical. It favours the notion of the inscription of the town in existing space and, conversely, that of the localisation of spaces within the urban extension.
