Structuration de données spatio-temporelles pour l'aide à la surveillance temps-réel de phénoménes naturels

Abstract : Natural disasters management systems usually use intensively computer related tools, accurate and effective indexing methods so as to query a database through spatiotemporal and real-time aspects, analysing the data stemming from a sensor network. We currently present an indexing solution for sensor related databases, under spatiotemporal and real-time constraints. This proposal, the PasTree, complies with the specificities of the systems in use for natural phenomenon monitoring, and more precisely of the systems in use in volcanic activity monitoring
