Abstract : The web services (WS) paradigm is now established as the technology that aims at ensuring interoperability between web applications in heterogeneous and geographically distributed environment. However because of security, reliability and trust constraints, many companies hesitate to use this technology and still wait to implement large WS based solutions. Therefore, our work focuses on providing quality of service (QoS) features to web services in order to increase the level acceptance of this technology among companies’ Information Systems. This goal constitutes a significant challenge because of the dynamic and unpredictable nature of Web Services. This paper provides concrete solutions to manage QoS when exposing Web Services to business partners.
