Use of dryer simulators for higher education at AgroParisTech

This poster describes the use of two simulators of industrial food dryers for 'hands-on’ sessions at AgroParisTech in its MSc (master of science) program. Their purpose is to create a practical insight for abstract concepts in an industrial perspective with constraints nor excessive cost.
