Effect of worldwide regions and climates on the sensory typicality of Pinot noir wines

In the context of the Academy of Vine and Wine of the GiESCO, a sensory analysis of 31 Pinot noir wines from different climates and regions worldwide has been organized. The results concern the general methodology and the characterization of the elements of typicality of the wines. A more precise study of the influence of climatic factors will be performed on such basis. Details are available in the reference ‘PAV, 2014, n°7, 15-35’

Dans le cadre de l’Académie de la Vigne et du Vin du GiESCO, une analyse sensorielle de 31 vins de Pinot noir de divers climats et régions du monde a été organisée. Les résultats portent sur la méthodologie générale et sur la caractérisation des éléments de typicité des vins. Une étude plus précise de l’influence des facteurs climatiques sera développée sur ces bases. Les détails se trouvent dans la référence ‘PAV, 2014, n°7, 15-35’
