Accompagnement des équipes pédagogiques s'engageant dans une approche-programme. : DevSup. Relever le défi de l'altérité

Abstract : The program-based approach (PBA) lean on the collaboration of an educational team committed to the collective development of a project and a training program. Its implementation is complex by the fact that collective work on teaching issues is rare in the higher education system. What support to implement in order to sustain the pedagogical teams involved in PBA? How to design a technological and human device suitable for these purposes? The hypothesis is made that a system to sustain pedagogical teams that engage in PBA must take up the challenge of otherness. To meet this challenge, the DevSup project suggests sustaining negotiations and accepting resistances in a space that enables taking into account the postures and representations of each one. To do it, the support is based on an agile method and digital sharing environments (method based on the use of post-it and the collective realization of synthesis tables of ideas). These methods and numerical tools allow 2 the discussions and the encountered difficulties to become data for adjusting and evolving the project. Thus, the resistances are put to work during the project to support the otherness. The process stops when the collective evaluation of the program is satisfactory to all actors. The discussion focuses on the advances allowed by the DevSup project on sustaining pedagogical teams engaged in PBA and it points out the need of complementary experiments.
