Abstract : From the developing of crime prediction software, the police system gradually tends to not act retrospectively on the basis of material facts but a priori by modeling our digital traces. Judicial coercion intends to establish better control on our social behavior from the prospective organization allowed by the advances of big data. By the massive digital data processing, government authorities think is already able to anticipate and prevent crimes by the control. The discipline that represses in act the body of the criminal becomes obsolete. At the same time, the power control that prevents crimes seems to take over. So, there would be a reversal of today’s power and also a change in the causality of the trace by the monitoring system. The trace is therefore no longer simply the effect of a cause constituting evidence, but the cause for the prevention of crimes by prospective. So, what is the reason for the passage of a linear causality to a complex causality in the judicial system? What kind of monitoring system is the result of this?
