L'inclusion en pratiques : L'exemple de JAG, une ONG de personnes polyhandicapées vivant au cœur de la société suédoise

Abstract : The concept of inclusion poses both theoretical and practical problems. Applied to situations of disability, it questions the causes of differential social treatment. Is disability a phenomenon that can only be explained by natural factors or are dynamics of exclusion of these people at work? The first part of this article will answer this question by presenting contemporary scientific developments relating to disability. In a second step, it will be shown how these responses have been brought to the international political level. Then in a second part, once the scientific and political context has been established, a Swedish collective action that has succeeded in developing a real dynamic of inclusion of people with multiple disabilities will be analysed both in its historical construction and its practical organisation.
