La consommation illégale de musique numérique : y résister ou se l'approprier ?

Abstract : Partially facilitated by illegal downloading, digitization of music challenges the position of the traditional stakeholders of music industry. This paper sheds light on the resistance of the main producers of this market and on the simultaneous emergence of alternative patterns of consumption. This gap is analyzed by comparing their opposite representations on induced materiality, on legitimate intermediaries in this market, and on moral issues questioned as sources of value.
