Un petit tutoriel sur les méthodes primales-duales proximales pour l'optimisation convexe

Abstract : Recent developments in imaging and data analysis techniques came along with an increasing need for fast convex optimization methods for solving large scale problems. In the last years, primal-dual approaches have raised a strong enthusiasm, because of their simplicity of use and their flexibility. This tutorial paper provides an overview of these algorithms, their applicability conditions, their convergence, and their potential acceleration using stochastic block coordinate strategies.
