The heritage mediation has new tools and approaches in line with the current changes in the patrimonial culture. Based on regional studies, we show that the heritage process of he swing bridge can lead to local anchoring of a collaborative economy relied on the density of the urban industrial heritage of the nineteenth and twentieth century in Europe and the world and rallied social groups. The existence of Colbert bridge still in operation involved the vitality of local identities resting on a rare material culture: it affects local users, sensitive to the aesthetics of metal construction, and disseminates the image of a pioneer modernity in particular through digital tools. The question of safeguarding Colbert bridge, if it is controversial, presents territorial development issues mobilizing local and global networks in a logic of economics of culture and knowledge related to the local and international economy networks. If the business model is not studied here, it nevertheless shows the importance of research networks in history of science and technology which support the building of a scientific and cultural mediation, source of local development. The temporality of such process accommodates both accelerations associated with the increasing inclination of people to the heritage, those associated with digital tools and social networks and timeframes related to local and international institutions involved.
La médiation patrimoniale bénéficie de nouveaux outils et approches en lien avec les mutations actuelles de la culture patrimoniale. S'inspirant des regional studies, on montre que le processus de patrimonialisation du pont tournant peut conduire à l'ancrage local d'une économie collaborative en lien avec la densité du patrimoine industriel urbain des XIXè et XXème siècle en Europe et dans le monde et les groupes sociaux mobilisés. L'existence du pont Colbert en fonctionnement participe de la vitalité des identités territoriales appuyées sur une culture matérielle rare : il agit sur les usagers locaux, sensibles à l'esthétique de la construction métallique, et diffuse l'image d'une modernité pionnière notamment grâce aux outils numériques. La question de la sauvegarde du pont Colbert, si elle est controversée, présente des enjeux de développement territorial mobilisant des réseaux locaux et mondiaux dans une logique d'économie de la culture, des connaissances en lien avec l'économie locale et internationale. Si le modèle économique n'est pas étudié ici, on montre néanmoins l'importance des réseaux de recherches en histoire des sciences et techniques qui viennent en appui à la construction d'une médiation scientifique et culturelle, source du développement local. La temporalité de tels processus s'accommode tant des accélérations associées à l'inclination croissante de la population pour le patrimoine, de celles associées aux outils et réseaux sociaux numériques et des temporalités liées aux institutions locales et internationales sollicitées.
