Qualifier l'urgence dans les pratiques professionnelles des Assistants de régulation médicale : enjeux et apports méthodologiques

Abstract : At the request of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) from the Arras Hospital, STL Lab in collaboration with GERiiCO conducts a study about emergency identification in calls received by medical regulation assistants (MRA). In addition to a linguistic analysis, communicative approach comes here to illuminate the actual working practices by adopting a dual methodology that allows an opening analysis but also carrier constraints and issues that need to be identified when we are interested in emergency question in organization.
