Regulating open multi-agent systems with DynaCROM
Résumé
This paper presents our ongoing work for dynamic contextual regulations in open multi-agent systems – called DynaCROM. DynaCROM is a straightforward method to smoothly apply and manage regulations in open multi-agent systems, enforcing customized compositions of contextual laws. DynaCROM is based on a top-down modeling of contextual laws, on a normative meta-ontology for laws semantics and on a rule mechanism for composing contextual laws.
