Annotating Text With Local Grammars

The Unitex/GramLab system provides tools for inserting and modifying annotations in written text. We describe current practices for the following tasks: inserting annotations, copying information into annotations, controlling where we place annotations, and deleting annotations. In particular, we provide practical information on the use of several types of variables.
