Superoleophobic surfaces

Superoleophobic materials are extremely desired materials for many potential applications. Due to the very low surface tension of oils, it is extremely challenging to impede their wetting. In this review, we report most of the synthesis methods used in the literature to reach superoleophobic properties. After a brief introduction and description of the theoretical principles, the methods are separated in different sub-chapters.
