LA DYNAMIQUE D’ÉCRITURE DANS LA DESCRIPTION LINGUISTIQUE. NOUVEAUX MODES DE VISUALISATION DE L’ÉCRITURE ENREGISTREE

Abstract : This article focuses on writing as a process. The main purpose of this work is to show what kind of phenomena appear in space and time before the final text is stabilized. By adopting the genetic criticism approach associated with a keystroke logging program, is described and exemplified a new display mode based on a transposition of the mathematical theory of graphs. This visualization, built from source documents (logs) that are comprehensive activities using the keyboard and cursor movements, clearly shows the temporal phases in writing. The work shows that using graphs as a mode of visualization of writing process can be quite promising. Contemporary linguistic description can take advantage of these new modes of visualization.
