Abstract : ABSRTRACT Title: how teachers make meeting with artworks: professional gestures to the test This article intends to return to the establishment of training schemes that led, to be followed for twelve years a group of teachers. It describes how teachers conduct encounters with a work of arts and what is required on a professional work to ask these encounters: professional identity, personal conception and relationship at artwork. How they operate, and what are the conditions for the implementation of an accompaniment to bring these teachers to feel comfortable with the art?
