Qu'est-ce qu'un apprentissage professionnel à l'université ? Le cas de la licence arts appliqués et la pédagogie de projet

Abstract : The University of Nîmes offers a variety of opportunities for the professionalization of students. On that matter, we focus on the contribution of design managment to the vocational training of designers. We first explore the concept of skill, then the concept of project. Projects, when issued from real professional orders, build isomorphisms between activity in the training fields and professional practices. We illustrate this with a case and we present the different phases of the process of a project conducted by second-year students in design licence on the occasion of a partnership with a company. We then point out some characteristics of the genesis of skills in the context of project managment. On that topic, we update the notion of reflexivity as a professional learning factor. This study identifies some important elements of professional learning set up by the university.
