Définition d’une expression temporelle de la performance industrielle

La performance se définit relativement à l'atteinte d'un objectif. La pratique industrielle actuelle repose essentiellement sur la définition de performances « instantanées ». Les performances sont exprimées à des instants fixés, notamment l'instant final de l'horizon temporel associé à l'objectif. Nous proposons d'enrichir cette manière de prendre en compte le temps dans la performance en associant à sa forme instantanée, deux formes supplémentaires, la forme tendancielle et la forme prédictive. La performance instantanée exprime le résultat de la comparaison de l'objectif avec sa mesure à un instant de l'horizon temporel. La performance prédictive véhicule, à un instant, l'expression de la performance qui serait atteinte à un instant futur de l'horizon. La performance tendancielle donne une indication, sur un intervalle de l'horizon, sur l'évolution de la mesure au regard de l'évolution de l'objectif. A l'issue d'un rappel de ce qu'est la performance instantanée, une définition formelle est proposée pour les performances prédictive et tendancielle, ainsi qu'une réflexion sur l'utilisation de ces performances. Cherchant à proposer des expressions quantitatives, qualitatives et agrégées de ces performances, nous aurons recours à une formalisation floue, conformément à des développements menés précédemment. Enfin, des exemples, extraits de l'étude en cours d'un cas industriel, illustrent nos propos. Abstract-This study deals with the temporal performance. The performance notion can be seen as being related to the achievement of objectives. Industrial practice focuses nowadays on an instantaneous performance form, leading thus to the expression of performances at different milestones of the objective temporal horizon, notably the final instant. We look here to enrich the temporal instantaneous form of the performance by two additive temporal forms, the predictive form and the trend form. Instantaneous performance handles the comparison of the objective with the acquired measure, at a given instant of the considered horizon. The predictive performance gives, at an instant, the performance that would be reached at a future instant of the horizon. The trend performance gives an indication about the evolution of the measure with regards to the evolution of the objective, throughout an interval of the horizon. After a review of the instantaneous performance definition, we propose formal definitions of both predictive and trend performances, as well as a means for using these performances. According to previous works, fuzzy formalism is a support for the framework, for the handling of qualitative, quantitative and aggregated expressions. Examples that are extracted from an industrial study in progress, illustrate these ideas.
