Contribution à un modèle d’aide à la constitution des équipes multidisciplinaires basé sur les préférences

Building a high performing team, it is not enough to select competent individuals. The interactions between the team members and their ability to work have an important role in ensuring quality of the results. In this paper, we propose an approach to support building of multidisciplinary teams in hospital systems. To evaluate the effectiveness of the model we have tested it on a set of cases in the operating theater Habib Bourguiba in Tunisia.
