L’entretien formateur-stagiaire peut-il relever d’une coopération ?

Abstract : When it comes to training teachers, class observations followed by interviews with formative purposes are made by trainers. The research questions the efficiency of the interview time. How can it participate in the professional development of the trainee teacher? (Wittorski, 2009) Our method has consisted in making videos of interview situations organized by eight trainers and analyzing them. We have tried to conceptualize postures and professional gestures of trainers (Jorro, 2002; Bucheton, 2008) used while conducting the interviews. Thanks to a new analytic approach the explicitness of underlying logic behind these gestures and attitudes has been possible. The testing of concepts highlights the dynamic of teacher-trainee-trainer co-development and the notion of cooperation can be questioned again.
