Entre imposer un fonctionnement en CAP et co-construire une CAP de leaders pédagogiques – parcours d’une recherche-action collaborative

Abstract : In the current context of reforms in education, it is essential to innovate in the design of professional development for teachers and other school personnel. It is not sufficient to rely on existing models of professional learning communities (PLCs). To be successful with systemic change, the approach to developing PLCs tends to be more successful when adopting a grassroots perspective. In this conjecture, our team undertook an ambitious three-year long project to build a PLC of pedagogical leaders from six elementary schools of a geographical sector through a process of collaborative action-research. In this article, the proposed activities are presented and are discussed the tensions and engines of change, which co-existed in the dynamic of cooperation.
