Health checkup indicators-based safety criteria for operating sequences ranking of critical systems.

Résumé

This paper proposes a decision aiding model of operating critical systems. The aim is to develop a multi-criteria ranking approach of operating sequences by integrating three main aspects, namely: the system safety, the actual condition of the complex systems and experts’ knowledge. We also develop a structured methodology to support the ranking process. The proposed models are based jointly on the multi-attribute utility theory and the concept of health checkup. The inputs of these models come from real data and experts’ knowledge. Their output provides to the expert a set of consensual and objective information.
