Dr. Comon was Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing from 1995 to 1998, and a member of the French National Committee of Scientific Research from, Pierre Comon (M87 SM95 F07) graduated in 1982, and received the Doctorate degree He was the coordinator of the European Basic Research Working Group on HOS, ATHOS, from he was a member of the Technical and Scientific Council of the Thomson Group he acted as launching Associate Editor with the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, in the area of Blind Techniques. He has also been a member of the editorial board of the Elsevier journal Signal Processing from 2006 to 2011, and member of several IEEE TC. He is presently in the editorial board of SIAM Journal on Matrix Analysis and Applications, 1982. ,
