In modern product development new job roles have evolved, which are characterized by a combination of particular competences. Many of those skills are acquired throughout the professional career. Up to now, there are no means for professionals to certify a specific set of acquired competences on an international level and in a modular way, and to get trained in selected skill elements according to an internationally agreed program.
