This paper aims to propose a description of a lexicon, inspired by the Explanatory Combinatorial Lexicography, part of the "Meaning-Text" theory. The structure will be based on the Papillon multilingual dictionary. The lexicon will be built using the Jibiki online dictionary management platform. A protocol will be established in order to write this monolingual dictionary of French and English contributing to machine and human translation for the ENST (École Nationale Supérieure de Télécommunication) booklet.
