Unlike the dominant vision, Schiller has taken into account the achievements of the French Revolution and tempted to think - timidly - the era of nations governed by the sovereign people, a hypothesis that he categorically rejected in his youth and at the beginning of the French Revolution.
Contrairement à la vision dominante de Schiller, l'auteur dramatique allemand a tenu compte des acquis de la Révolution française et tenté de penser - timidement - l'ère des nations gouvernées par le peuple souverain, une hypothèse qu'il rejetait catégoriquement dans sa jeunesse et au début de la Révolution française.
