On Jacobi Sums in $\mathbb Q(\zeta_p)$

We study the arithmetic of Jacobi Sums in $\mathbb{Q}(\zeta_p)$ and we show that they play a somehow parallel role "in the minus part" as to Units "in the plus part" of the Class Field Theory of Cyclotomic fields.
