Peut-on comparer Moyen Âge occidental et États-Unis contemporains ? Une anthropologie décentrée de la séduction amoureuse

Abstract : his article compares the anthropology of love seduction today in the United States and in medieval Europe during the 12th century. Both mirror with distortions the culture that have nurtured them. In contrast with the mainstream, American pick up artists and medieval clerical seducers subdue the rules of seduction to their advantage. Who are these womanisers and what do they say about masculinity ?
