Systemic analysis and management in built system

Résumé

In this paper, we shall present an energy consumption simulation tool of any built space. For a first phase of description and through a typological approach at different level of observation, this tool relies on the identification and the characterization of built spaces in different sectors of activities: housing sector, primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector. Then, for each surveyed building, an identification and characterization of spaces and consumption places will be carried out. Finally, at the most elementary level, for each component of any consumption place, we will describe the most relevant working parameters. The conducted description appeals to precepts and concepts of systemic approach. This tool will enable to describe energy consumption curves of each consumption place and space. It will also permit to establish energy signature of built spaces for several levels of observation, for instance, for an individual housing at the level of the building, of the estate, of the quarter or of the built-up area. The data that we will take as reference for carrying out the analysis can proceed from different sources: statistical data bases (from general knowledge bases), data bases relying on phenomenological approaches (obtained from software such as Design Builder, Energy+ or WeatherTool), data bases reworking with experimental analyses for accurate observation configuration, and at last, data bases leaning on online records that we might consider through energy network management in the United States. Several applications may therefore result from this working tool which was computed in its research and development configuration on Excel or on Matlab
