Résumé

This orginal ship-in-a-bottle type synthesis enables the preparation of isolated gold nanoparticle with a perfect size control and narrow distribution. The desiried particule size in the range from 2 to 7.5 nm is simply obtained by adjusting gold loading. It is a general method which can be applied for the synthsis of Pd, Pt, Co, Ni and Fe @Silicalite-1. Pt @Silicalite-1 yolk-shell catalyst shows very selective for the CO oxidation, with 2%CO 2%C3H6, 100% Oxidation of CO was reached at 350°C while only 5% propylene was oxidized, while the activities loss under higher C3H6 concentration. The new yolk-shell material in made of a monocrystalline silicalite-1 shell which opens the possibility of combining the intrinsic properties of metal catalysis with those of zeolite membranes such as molecular sieving
