Qu'est-ce qu'un conflit politique ?

Abstract : Based on our common political experience, the article examines three features of political conflicts. Political conflicts do not concern individuals as such but groups of various kinds. They involve directly or indirectly state institutions. They require a "political solution", that is, a solution achieved through discussion and not through violence. The analysis of those features leads us to some reflections on politics and the significance of compromise.
