Service Delivery and Co-Creation to support Value and Sustainability in PSS design

Product-Service Systems are considered as facilitators for value creation to attain sustainability. This paper studies how service delivery and the co-creation process are two means of enhancing the design of valuable and sustainable solutions. The paper shows how service delivery and cocreation process are both in the core of the interaction between the provider and the customer and can be considered as levers to create "sustainable value". The case of a firm proposing clothes rental and cleaning services is reviewed in this light.
