Semantic Networking for Future Internet
Résumé
After having explained why we need Semantic Networking and what it is, we describe the main functional building blocks, and illustrate them with an example based on large TCP flows. We also give a short example on autonomic processes for bandwidth management in the Semantic Networking context. Then we describe how these functional building blocks fit in the architecture of a router, and explain how the Semantic Network is globally working. We end the presentation with the expected benefits for the network operators, and the conclusion.
