Integrated reluctance position sensor for the self-commutation of a hybrid linear electric actuator

Résumé

This paper presents a new design for a fully-integrated linear reluctance position sensor. A sensitivity-optimization supply frequency is introduced, in addition to a new differential demodulation method. The prototype results are then compared with two dynamic models for low- and high-frequency power supply.
