The book is about medical robotics and its main focus is about design and control of medical robots; a large state of the art is presented and many examples from the literature are included and thoroughly discussed. The objective is to offer a both broad and synthetic view over this very active domain and to provide keys to understand the domain evolutions and to prepare its future.
