Résumé

To reveal the influence on system performance by the logistics model of Reconfigurable Manufacturing System (RMS), a Generalized Stochastic Petri Nets (GSPN) modular modeling approach is presented in this paper. It is based on the characteristics of bottleneck service. According to this approach, the bottleneck service of the production process is found at first. By corresponding different resources of the service to different modules of the GSPN, the module is reconfigured. The analysis of the model using Markov chain is presented and the average utilization factor of RMS as well. Then the production capacity of different products and the average productivity of Reconfigurable Manufacturing Cell (RMC) are discussed.
