L'USAGE POLITIQUE DU SPECTATEUR : CONTRÔLE DES MÉDIAS ET ÉVOLUTION DU DROIT

Abstract : Major developments have occurred in the French law and the Government's report to the judicial institutions. The question remains whether the new media, breaking down barriers between the positions of author and reader, subject and object, open up new democratic and cultural rights, or if the anxiety in the face of this opening, only serves to justify the contention that institutions would increasingly need to repression to maintain themselves.
