Résumé
The company BASSETTI, a SME located in Grenoble, has developed a methodology and a software designed for technical organizations and structures that want to increase the value of their experts' knowledge. The first author of the article has joined the company as a PhD student. With a participant observation methodology, she will analyze the company practices regarding knowledge management and put them into perspective with a number of concepts issued from a literature review.
