An Algorithm for the Traverso-Swan theorem on seminormal rings.

We give an algorithm for an explicit implementation of Traverso–Swan's theorem, saying that a reduced ring A is seminormal if and only if the canonical map: PicA to PicA[x] is an isomorphism.
