Résumé

This paper deals with the topological control during a simplification based on a parameter space approach where pixel sizes are increased according to some chosen criteria. The pixel resizing creates an error margin that allows a reconstruction with pixels that might be missing or out of place. This leads however sometimes to uncontrolled modifications in the objects topology. This paper presents two simple methods to address this problem.
