Abstract : This text, has for objective to show how the daily informs us about the meanings built in the organizational processes of change. It tries particularly to expose how the study of the context and the common sense can be revealing of an organizational change in everyday life, revealing of the particular meanings that any organization gives itself onto its functioning with for principle the search for a balance between « disciplinary » models such of those of the economy or the management or still the communication... and its particular rules. However, it is not a question here of setting the construction of the common sense against the scientific models introducing so an abstract dualism or epistemological. It is a question of envisaging « a history » of the process of change in which, what do the actors from the different disciplinary underlying models take different meanings. A shape of biography of the common sense which would be at the same time, a track of these changes.
