Analyser les compétences en protection maternelle et infantile pour piloter le changement

Abstract : The aim of this action-research is to support the construction of competencies for nineteen professionals of mother and child health care (PMI) in Côtes-d'Armor through the analysis of their activities. Here, the method of self confrontations consists in organizing three activity analysis sequences for one hour and a half each, and measuring the self-efficacy, before and after the action. Indeed, according to the socio cognitive theory, competencies depend partly on a high level of self efficacy. Activity analysis led to the creation of frameworks of competencies which are assumed and diffused to the teams as well as the increase in self-efficacy scores. The expected results on the managerial level are: remobilization of the teams, collaboration between professionals, development of competencies, vocational autonomy and improvement of service quality. Activity analysis finds in the medical and social sector a new field of application to promote the professionalization and the effective management of teams.
