Effect of exposure to the EDGE signal on hydrogen peroxide production in brain cells

Résumé

Only few in vitro experiments have studied the effects of RFR exposure on the product of oxygen species. In this study, we have focused on the effects of the EDGE signal on hydrogen peroxide production in three cell lines used as models of neuronal, astroglial, or microglial cell cultures. For all tested cell lines and exposure conditions, there was no evidence of effects of the EDGE signal on oxidative stress assayed using the DCFH-DA dye.
