The reduction and optimization of product development is a vital issue for industrial enterprise. The reuse of business knowledge related to processes of development is important to respond to this issue. This paper proposes an approach based on knowledge capitalization among PLM systems, initially dedicated to the product lifecycle management. From an industrial case dealt with the plastics processing industry, this paper proposes an approach for analysing and integrating business processes among the product lifecycle. Therefore, we illustrate how to capitalize on the business expertise using explicit models in order to reuse the acquired experience.
