Use of step-frequency radar for road applications
Résumé
This communication is related with the development of step-frequency radar technique, using ultra-large band antennas, for the evaluation of road layed thicknesses. After the presentation of the principle and an operational example of layer thickness measurement, a particular processing working in the frequency domain is described, giving the geometrical and electromagnetic parameters of layered media.
