Propagation of Uncertainty by the Possibility Theory in a Choquet Integral Based Aggregation for an E-Business Website Choice Support

The great number of e-business websites existing over internet make the customers undecided on which one is the more appropriate for their buying. Thus recommendation websites has appeared. They give an aggregation of the customer's evaluations critics on the e-business websites according to different criteria. The problem is that these evaluations give only an average idea about the customer's opinions. In this paper we propose to improve the recommendation by explicitly taking into account: the uncertainty of the customer's evaluations by a possibility representation and the interactions between criteria by a Choquet integral based aggregation.
